Strand-Capital Performing Arts Center Located on the corner of George and Philadelphia Streets in downtown York, the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center serves as a leading arts presenter in south central Pennsylvania. York Symphony Orchestra The York Symphony Orchestra provides musical enrichment to the York community in many ways.
